Before your appointment
You are triaged over the phone by the podiatrist in regards to your current health and foot complaint.
New measures in place COVID-19 protocol for patients
When possible, we will ask you to update your medical / consent form digitally from home, if this cannot be done, we can record this for you and bypass signature and accept verbal consent obtained. This is not how we usually complete our form but it limits the devices you are touching for infection control purposes within clinic.
Please attend on your own, unless you require a carer to attend with you or if you are attending for a child appointment.
When you arrive for your appointment –
Please stay in car and call us when you arrive 0141 779 9264. We will come out and meet you at the entrance. If you have walked, please do the same and wait outside. Please bring an umbrella if needed. Our social distancing measures have to be in place to keep the building safe for staff and patients.
Please don’t arrive too early for your appointment as we will not be able to take you. Also, please don’t arrive later after your apt time as we won’t be able to take you.
Please leave personal belongs such as bags, jackets in the car or at home.
When you arrive at our clinical building, please do not touch the front door, it will be opened for you by the receptionist / podiatrist. The door will be locked at times to limit the amount of people entering at certain times of operation.
You will be asked to sanitise your hands on entry and exit.
Please pay by card if possible, to reduce the handling of cash.
Face mask must be worn before entering building and during your treatment. If exempt due to health, please bring exemption badge.
Our appointments are spaced out so that we can reduce the amount of people within the building for your safety.
Thanks for your understanding and patience.
We hope to see you soon.
Stay safe and well.
Stephanie, Mikey, Graham
Update from 17/11/20
*Level 4 restrictions*
We continue to remain open for business as Podiatry is classed as essential healthcare.
We continue to strictly follow covid19 measures = cleaning / hygiene, infection control, PPE, all patients and staff wearing masks.
Anyone can make a booking with us, even if you usually go to NHS services. We are a private only clinic, so services are at a cost, however we will try our very best to accommodate appointments for new patients and also existing.
Travelling to your appointment from another Tier level area is still permitted for medical appointments. Podiatry is a medical appointment
